Designation: Strategic Account Planner - BFSI
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Account Management & Business Development
. Identifies new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating relevant entities.
. Makes pitches/presentations to senior level bankers and corporates for the BFSI bouquet of products.
. Is responsible for achieving set sales targets
. Completely Owns assigned accounts from Lead Generation, final delivery of service offering and
getting the AR collected in a timely manner.
. Organizes and attends theme based events which cater to BFSI players as part of the customer
. Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets
. Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business.
. Regularly reports all sales activity and acts within the company's compliance framework. Sales Coordination
. Ensures process adherence at all times for error free timely delivery of projects.
. Liaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service
expectations of the customers are met.
. Maintains data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.
. Files Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the Management.
. Qualification: MBA (Finance/Marketing)
. Experience: Min 4 to 6 years of relevant post MBA experience in Account Management, Business
Development and corporate client relationship management.
. Prior Experience in pitching to Banks/NBFC's
. Prior Experience in corporate/B2B/Enterprise sales with exposure to full sales cycle
. Knowledge of Trade finance and other banking products would be preferred.
. Experience in Credit Ratings/Consulting/Advisory/B2B BFSI sales
. Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving
. Sound Business Knowledge / Update on Current Affairs Primary External Interactions
. Decision makers & Senior Leaders at Banks and Corporates. Primary Internal Interactions
. Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills
. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
. Good business acumen and sound market knowledge
. Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
. Good planning, organizational skills and inter-personal skills in terms of working in co-ordination
across various functions and with relevant stakeholders
. The ability to work calmly under pressure
. Strong relationship building & management skills
