Designation: Strategic Account Manager(SAM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development

  • Identifiesnewbusiness opportunities by prospectingand evaluatingrelevant corporate entities.

  • Makespitches/presentations to CFO/CXO level individuals for CCAM bouquet of products.


  • Completely Ownsassigned accounts from Lead Generation to final delivery of service offering.

  • Organizes and attendstheme basedevents which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals as part of thecustomer acquisition Strategy.

  • Builds and maintains a strong sales pipelinein orderto consistently deliver on set targets

  • Maps allocated accountsand buildsstrong work relationships with clients for repeat business.

  • Regularlyreports allsales activityand actswithin the company'scompliance framework.

Sales Co-ordination

  • Ensuresprocess adherence at all times forerror free timely delivery of projects.

  • Liaiseswith the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.

  • Maintainsdata / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.


  • FilesProgress Reviews and Forecasting Reportsperiodically as required by the Management.

People Skills

  • Works cohesively with other team members

  • Works under thedirect supervision of the RM.

KEYREQUIREMENTS
MBA or anyrelevantpost-graduationwith minimum experience of3+years in Corporate/B2B sales.

  • Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts.

  • Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.

  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.

  • Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.


  • Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.

  • Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Primary External Interactions

  • Decision makers(CXO's) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSU's and Banks

Primary Internal Interactions

  • Operations Team,Finance, HR, Facility,ITInfrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.

  • Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills


  • Proven client prospecting, sales planning and relationship management abilities

  • Self-driven, Energetic and Creative
